Join us for a facilitated roundtable and safe space for building the future.

Our Brains and Us is a 2-hour neuro-affirming roundtable designed to help understand the brain’s unique wiring, reduce self-blame, and reconnect with self-compassion and agency.

Registration includes a unique workbook keepsake, a PDF that you’ll use during our roundtable, and for reflection long after our time together.

Led by two experienced, neurodivergent coach-facilitators, Sarah-Jayne Juniper and Kay Lock Kolp, M.Ed., the roundtable creates a safe and inclusive space to explore the human experience through connection, conversation, and creative expression.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect on how your brain and nervous system operate
  • Explore common challenges with compassion, not shame
  • Express your journey through creative, non-verbal methods
  • Connect with others who share similar experiences
  • Gain practical self-awareness tools to take forward into daily life

Whether you’re curious about neurodiversity, seeking understanding, or simply want to meet yourself with more clarity and kindness, Our Brains and Us offers a guided, supportive environment to explore, reflect, and grow.
