In a lovely spot on the island you’re hanging out on, you find a letter that the Universe wrote to you.

What helps you rest and feel rejuvenated?
What would you like to get from a retreat – how would you like to go home feeling?
What questions do you have about it all?
Let’s hop on a call, so I can answer your questions and learn more about how to make this retreat awesome for you.
Join me and a small group of wonderful souls (a maximum of 8 of us) on Sheepscot Pond in Palermo, Maine for six heavenly days of camp-style retreat.
See below for more about the experience, pricing and what’s included, and next steps if you are interested in hearing more.
The Space
The Camp Retreat takes place on its own adorable peninsula on Sheepscot Pond here in Maine. We have extensive grounds, lots of places for sitting with coffee, relaxing in a hammock, listening to the loons, playing a variety of land sports games, or taking a quiet walk.
We also have kayaks and paddleboards for getting out on the water, as well as a dock with a bench for morning coffee or nighttime stargazing.
We have a firepit to come together around in the evenings.
We have two beautiful sun porches – one each for the Bunkhouse and the Main House – a mini kitchen and hangout space in the Bunkhouse, and a lovely large living area, kitchen, and dining space in the Main House.
The bathrooms are shared, one each in the Main House and the Bunkhouse. Plus there’s an outdoor shower, so cool.
What We’ll Do
We’ll have space and time each day to connect, talk, and laugh.
We’ll share meals together – and maybe cook together, for those who’d like to join in a local chef cooking class, right in our kitchen.
We’ll do campy things: Arts & Crafts, Landsports, Boating, Me Time, Scavenger Hunting.
We’ll do retreaty things: Mindfulness Walks and Meditation, Intuition Treasure Hunting, Sharing Circle time.
What we WON’T Do
Anything we don’t want to.
These days are a haven. An opportunity for deep rest, connection, and restoration.
If that means hanging out in a hammock all day, feeling the breeze on your cheeks? That’s what it means.
It’s your camp retreat, and you get to choose how you spend your time here.
The Location
Sheepscot Pond is one of my favorite lakes in all of the state of Maine.
This is because it’s amazing.
It’s also because there’s great access to lots of wonderful places to visit.
Will we:
Hike and walk the Carriage Trails in Acadia National Park?
Visit Camden on the coast, and enjoy a delicious meal at Norumbega, the castle there?
Wander through Maine’s largest general store, Hussey’s, whose sign reads “Beer, Guns, Wedding Dresses”?
I can’t wait to find out.
